Can I customize the messages inside the cards?
Yes, we offer pre-printed messages inside the cards with the option to add your own message.
Do you offer bulk discounts for large orders?
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. Purchase ten or more cards for a 20% price reduction!.
How long does shipping take?
Postage in the UK is FREE and we will send your card 1st Class. We like to think we can deliver in 48 hours but we are reliant on the Royal Mail and their promise to deliver first-class mail the next working day after posting.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Please contact us for information regarding world-wide postage as shipping times and costs may vary depending on the destination country.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your items, and we will arrange for a refund or exchange.
Can I submit my pet’s photo to be featured on a greeting card?
Yes, of course. We love to personalise your cards and will do so at no extra cost. Check our ‘Create Your Own’ menu option for more information.

We use Stripe to collect your payment using debit or credit cards.

Are envelopes included with the cards?
Yes, white, pink, blue and yellow depending on the design of the greetings card. If you would like a specific colour please add your request in the message box at the time of purchase. We will do our utmost to make that happen but cannot guarantee it.
Are your cards suitable for framing?
Yes, the cards are printed on luxurious gloss 260gsm card using top quality Epson inks promising non-fade colour.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
