These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by petcards.co.uk
No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have accepted your order and have received payment in full.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Copyright
You must ensure the material does not infringe on any third parties copyright, patent or trademark. We reserve the right to refuse any work that may already be copyrighted material, or for any other reason at our discretion.
Payment
Orders will be processed at the current prices at the time of ordering. Your payment must be received by us prior to work commencing.
Returns Policy
Due to the customised nature of our goods, we are unable to accept cancellations on personalised products once payment has been made. If your goods do not conform with the approved proof, please contact us and return the goods within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for you.
Complaint
In the very unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the finished product and we did not carry out your instructions properly, please return the goods and contact us to see if we can rectify the problem. If we are unable to satisfy your order to your requirements, we will refund the monies paid to us. The order will be cancelled.
Delivery
We use Royal Mail 1st Class delivery service. We aim to deliver your order within 2 days of receipt, but please allow up to 7 days. This may change due to workloads and seasonal variations, if we do have any delays, we will inform you and advise of a revised completion date. Estimated date of dispatch will be confirmed with your order confirmation we send you by email. If your order is not completed after 14 days you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund of monies paid to us.
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.
If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under our control, we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible.
